Why I'm running

I'm not running to serve special interests. I'm running to serve families like yours. Families who work hard, care deeply, and just want a fair shot. Let’s make Indiana affordable again for families and small businesses.

IN House District 15 deserves representation that listens, shows up, and works for its citizens.

My Values

What I Will Do In the Indiana House

I wore a badge to protect children — now I want to use the law to do the same. As Indiana State Representative, I will introduce legislation to elevate crimes against children to felonies and limit plea bargains.

Families in Northwest Indiana are being priced out of their own homes by skyrocketing utility bills. What I will want to happen:

  • Stronger oversight of NIPSCO and freeze utility rate increases, which have skyrocketed up to nearly 20% since 2023
  • Transparency and accountability in billing
  • Make data centers pay their share and not pass costs on to communities

We need to level the playing field so small businesses in Northwest Indiana can operate as easily as large corporations do. Our neighbors' businesses deserve fair taxes, reasonable regulations, and access to resources.

Public safety starts with taking care of the people who take care of us. My law enforcement experience gives me firsthand insight into what first responders actually need:

  • Pay first responders wages that allow them to live in the communities they serve, commensurate with the service they selflessly provide
  • Ongoing, proactive mental health care—not just after tragedy
  • Modern training and tools to meet rapidly changing challenges

Indiana succeeds when public education is strong and teachers are respected and supported.

  • Make Indiana attractive for new graduates and experienced teachers alike by paying a living, competitive wage
  • Oppose voucher programs that drain funding from public education
  • Public schools mean we have elected school boards and local control

Northwest Indiana was built on hard work and skilled labor. My family history in organized labor shapes my commitment to standing with working people.

  • Protect collective bargaining rights
  • Support fair wages, safe workplaces, and job security
  • Ensure future generations have access to union careers

Support the Movement

Tax revenues from the big industry in NWI are sent down state to fund the rest of Indiana.

Meanwhile, Indianapolis politicians are using our hard-earned tax dollars for luxury vehicles, while defunding our police, fire, municipalities, libraries, and schools.

Donate to help restore balance to our statehouse.
